Note To Self #2: Traditions I Want To Start (Anniversary Photos)
As taken from photojojo’s mother’s day gift guide, I want boyrobot and I to take pictures of ourselves every year in the same pose on our anniversary. It will be fun to compare and see how we change through the years!
I forgot to mention that for christmas my wonderful sister bought me a super nice dutch oven. So now I can make recipes like this one! MMMMMMM.
I Hate Talking On The Phone 99% Of The Time…
except for when it’s with boyrobot. Talking to him destresses me and makes me happier. I think that definitely means something, right?
I can’t wait til he comes! T-3 days!
I also hope there is no family drama. *dread*
Note To Self #1: Traditions I Want To Start
One thing I’m excited about with getting married and starting my own family (which is in the distant future but something I like to think about!) is having a bunch of unique traditions.
Anyways, I want to start one where me and boyrobot get each other a meaningful/cool ornament every xmas. I can’t wait til we have our own xmas tree!!!
I also want to watch A Christmas Story and all of those other famous Christmas movies on or around Christmas with my family. I just found out boyrobot hasn’t seen A Christmas Story either! This came up because I had no idea they play that movie 24/7 on Christmas. It’s crazy we’ve never watched it! Everybody tells me it’s such a cute story.
Lastly, I would like to have an annual family flag football game a la Friends (remember that hilarious episode with Ross and Monica being uber competitive?). Who doesn’t love a little friendly competition? :)
Merry Christmas! You can’t tell because I took this picture with my crappy SK3 phone but a lot of the ornaments on the tree are actually action figures with holes drilled through the top. Pretty sweet! Oh yeah and that is not our Christmas tree, it’s actually my sister’s in-laws’. They live in a freaking 4600 sq ft mansion that costs less than the 2 br 1100 sq ft condo I want in Los Angeles. This is where I spent Christmas day. Sad.
